(Autlán) informs the investing public that, after a favorable opinion of the Corporate Practices Committee and approval of its Board of Directors, in a session of December 8, 2020, Mr. Pedro Rivero González was appointed as Deputy General Director, who will assume such function to as of January 1, 2021, reporting to the General Director, Mr. Oscar Maldonado Charles.
